  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:00 PM CDT Friday was 19.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 20.0 feet early tomorrow
    afternoon. It will then fall early Sunday morning. It will
    rise to 20.4 feet Wednesday morning. It will then fall again
    but remain above flood stage.

dangers of flooding.
